What carrier is used to deliver my order?
Your order will be securely delivered by DHL or UPS. If necessary, we can offer an economical option for the delivery of large items.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can enter at dhl.com to track your order. If you haven't received an email from us, please check your spam folder.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
In the event that the product is damaged or has any other visual defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt through email for complete instructions for how to receive a replacement.
Can I have the order delivered to a different address than my own?
Yes, you can enter a different address for shipping.
